The Eurostars 3 Joint International Call – Call 11, launched as part of the European Partnership for Innovative SMEs (InnovSMEs), aims to enhance the competitiveness of innovative small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) through international cooperation in research, development, and innovation.

Project Consortium Size:
Projects may be submitted by international project consortia consisting of at least two eligible partners from at least two participating countries. The project consortium may include additional partners from other countries, provided they secure their own funding.

The topics for the call for proposals have not been defined.

Who Is Eligible to Apply for Support

  • research organization
  • small or medium-sized enterprise.

    Large enterprises may participate in projects, but they cannot apply for funding from TA ČR (i.e., they can only be so-called self-funded partners).

Deadline for Submitting Abbreviated Project Proposals (Pre-Proposals) + Required Attachments to TAČR by September 10, 2026, 2:00 p.m. CET
Start of the project implementation February–April 2027
Project Duration up to 36 months

Maximum Amount and Intensity of Support

Total allocation from the Czech Republic's Technical Assistance (TA) for the international call for proposals

1 000 000 EUR

Maximum amount of TA ČR funding per project 250 000 EUR
Maximum aid intensity per project 80 %
Intensity of Support for a Research Organization 100 %

We ask all applicants to let us know as soon as possible if they intend to participate in the competition.

Internal deadline for budget review August 27, 2026
ISEP

September 3, 2026

After the budget has been reviewed and approved, the draft proposal must be uploaded to the ISEP system and the electronic approval process for the transfer form must be initiated.


Personnel costs

August 10, 2026

When planning personnel costs, please follow the Methodological Guide for Planning Personnel Costs.

Please send HR Manager Ing. Eva Žufanová a list of the research team members you plan to include in the project proposal. You will be sent a salary range that you can use when planning for individual employees.
