TAČR European Partnership DUT
Contest Period: September 1, 2026 – November 17, 2026
The DUT Call 2026 Partnership is focused on supporting international research projects aimed at helping cities transition towards a more sustainable economy and urban development.
International consortia will be able to submit project proposals in three thematic areas:
- Positive Energy Districts (PED)
- 15-minute City (15mC)
- Circular Urban Economies (CUE)
As in previous years, Czech applicants will be eligible to participate in the first two thematic areas only. The Positive Energy Districts theme focuses on developing innovative solutions for the planning and creation of energy-positive urban districts, while the 15-minute City theme aims to improve urban mobility and enhance access to services at the neighborhood level.

Maximum Amount and Intensity of Support
| Total TA ČR Allocation for the International Call for Proposals | 600 000 EUR |
| Maximum amount of TA ČR funding per project | 150 000 EUR |
| Maximum aid intensity per project | 80 % |
The Technology Agency announces that if beneficiaries plan to start their projects between October and December 2027, they should include any eligible costs for 2027 in the costs for 2028. For this reason, we recommend that MU plan to start the project in January 2028.

November 6, 2026 After the budget has been reviewed and approved, the draft proposal must be uploaded to the ISEP system and the electronic approval process for the transfer form must be initiated. |
| Personnel costs |
October 16, 2026 When planning personnel costs, please follow the Methodological Guide for Planning Personnel Costs. Please send HR Manager Ing. Eva Žufanová a list of the research team members you plan to include in the project proposal. You will be sent a salary range that you can use when planning for individual employees. |
