The fifth international call for proposals under the European Water4All Partnership, Call 2026: Sustainable Water Management, focuses on sustainable water management.

Total TA ČR allocation for Czech participants: 500 000 EUR
Maximum amount of funding per project: 160 000 EUR
Maximum funding per project: 80%

📅 IMPORTANT DEADLINES:

20.10.2026 Faculty deadline for announcing the intention and for personnel costs
27.10.2026 Faculty deadline for budget review
3.11.2026 Submitting the proposal to ISEP and initiating the electronic approval process
10.11.2026, 15:00 CET Deadline for submitting the pre-proposal at the international level and sending all required attachments to TAČR
6.4.2027 Deadline for submitting the full proposal at the international level
Project start date no earlier than Osctober 2027 and no later than February 2028

⚠️ Important note: This call for proposals consists of two phases. In the first phase, a pre-proposal is submitted at the international level; however, the complete TA CR Application Form must be submitted to TAČR already at this stage.

📝 HOW TO SUBMIT A PROPOSAL
    • Please inform the Project Support Office of your intention to submit a proposal as soon as possible (even if you are involved as a co-applicant or as a team member in a project submitted by another MU faculty)
    • You can use the budget preparation worksheet to help you create your budget 
    • The proposal must be submitted by the project coordinator via the international electronic system, and at the same time, the required attachments for the Czech participant must be sent to TAČR via the data box.
    • Each proposal must be entered into ISEP before submission, and the cover sheet must be approved there.
    • Follow the Methodology for the planning of personnel costs when planning personnel costs. No later than 14 days before the deadline send a list of the people in the project team that you plan to include in the project proposal to the Personnel Officer. Through the secretary of the institute, you will be provided the salary range that you can plan for each employee.
    • Knowledge security – if the project concerns a risky field or you will be cooperating with an institution from selected risky countries, you must fill in the Security tab in ISEP no later than 14 days before the competition deadline and submit it to the MU security manager for review.
    • Ethics - if a project requires approval by an ethics committee, you must complete the "Ethics" tab in ISEP and submit it to the ethics committee for review.
    • The Affidavit of the Director of the Institute on co‐financing of non‐investments (Annex No. 1b)
