Vladimír Sklenář Scholarship

The scholarship in the amount of CZK 100,000 is intended for doctoral students at universities in the Czech and Slovak Republics working in the field of NMR spectroscopy, and can be used to cover the costs related to their studies and research activities. The intention is to strengthen and improve the quality of studies, as well as personal and career development of PhD students.

Student Klára Cigošová: For research in simulated microgravity all the way to France

She studied at an art high school and is now engaged in research on tooth development and regeneration at the Faculty of Medicine. In addition, she is in her first year of the bachelor’s program in Environment and Health at the RECETOX center. Klára Cigošová breaks many stereotypes with her diverse range of interests. As someone with an artistic spirit, legal insight, an anthropological background, and a focus on environmental risks, she also explores the effects of microgravity on the musculoskeletal system. Earlier this year, she traveled to Montpellier, France, to study this topic.
