For the second year running, Masaryk University (MU) has climbed in the THE ranking, which tracks how higher education institutions contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This year, MU placed 201–300 globally out of 1,603 assessed universities and ranked first among Czech institutions.
The Experientia Foundation has awarded a grant to a graduate of Masaryk University, enabling her to establish her own research group at the Faculty of Science.
In the June edition of the international QS World University Rankings, MU was ranked 454th globally. It features in the top 300 for the indicators International Research Network, International Students and Sustainability.
The second comprehensive evaluation of research standards at Czech universities has once again shown that MU ranks among the country’s leading research institutions and holds a firm place on the international stage.
