SIGMA - DC4 - Bilaterární spolupráce
Competition period: April 23, 2026 – June 24, 2026
On 22 April 2026, the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic (hereinafter referred to as “TA CR”) announced the sixteenth public call in the Programme for Support of Applied Research and Innovation SIGMA – Sub-objective 4, Bilateral cooperation (hereinafter referred to as “SIGMA – Bilateral cooperation”).
- The SIGMA Program – DC4 public call for proposals is aimed at supporting international cooperation in applied research among Czech companies and research organizations.
- The main objective of the public call is to increase the number of outputs and results in areas that hold promise for the future of the participating countries. Another objective of the call for proposals is to support the transfer of international knowledge, the sharing of best practices, and the facilitation of market entry into foreign markets.
- Project proposals must be submitted in English through the SISTA information system (information on how to create a proposal can be found HERE).

June 17, 2026 After the budget has been reviewed and approved, the draft proposal must be uploaded to the ISEP system and the electronic approval process for the transfer form must be initiated. |
| Personnel costs |
June 3, 2026 When planning personnel costs, please follow the Methodological Guide for Planning Personnel Costs. Please send HR Manager Ing. Eva Žufanová a list of the research team members you plan to include in the project proposal. You will be sent a salary range that you can use when planning for individual employees. |
