4th Public Competition: TRANSPORT 2030

On May 13, 2026, the Technology Agency of the Czech Republic, in cooperation with the Ministry of Transport, announced the fourth public call for proposals under the Program to Support Applied Research and Innovation in the Field of Transport – TRANSPORT 2030.

  • Hneleg - results incorporated into non-legislative guidelines and regulations that are binding within the scope of the relevant provider’s authority
  • Hkonc - results incorporated into approved strategic and conceptual documents of state or public administration bodies
  • NmetA - methodologies and procedures accredited by an authorized body
  • NmetC - methodology certified by an authorized body
  • NmetS - methodology approved by the relevant state administration body within whose jurisdiction the matter falls
  • Nmap - specialized map with technical content
  • P - patent
  • R - software
  • S - specialized public database
  • Tost - digital data collection that is freely available and free of charge, at least for research purposes, based on an assigned binding license (e.g., under the Creative Commons International 4.0 license, with or without any additional terms)
  • Topen - other digital data collections
  • Zpolop - pilot operation
  • Ztech - verified technology
  • O - other results; results of the O subcategory: O - KanHneleg, O - KanHkonc, O - patent application

We ask all applicants to let us know as soon as possible if they intend to participate in the competition, especially given the upcoming holiday season.

ISEP

After the budget has been reviewed and approved, the draft proposal must be uploaded to the ISEP system and the electronic approval process for the transfer form must be initiated.

When planning personnel costs, please follow the Methodological Guide for Planning Personnel Costs.

Please send HR Manager Ing. Eva Žufanová a list of the research team members you plan to include in the project proposal. You will be sent a salary range that you can use when planning for individual employees.
