MU will move to white level

As of Monday, March 7, 2022, MU will move to a lower risk level, the white level. Operations and classes at the Faculty/MU will be restricted only by valid measures and current government regulations, there are no additional restrictions set by the Faculty.

IT Equipment loan for students in need

The Faculty of Science has been provided with 14 laptops, 25 tablets, 22 graphics tablets, 9 headphones with a microphone and webcams with a microphone from a MU project to support online education. Offered IT equipment is intended for students in need and will be provided as a loan.

Spring 2022 semester

The Spring 22 instructions will be held in person. Persons with signs of respiratory disease are not allowed to enter MU buildings. Teachers/lecturers have the right to expel any student displaying signs of respiratory illness. Respirators must be worn inside MU buildings, including theoretical and practical learning activities – teachers are exempt from this rule.

Vaccinations for employees, students and their family members

Masaryk University at the moment organizes vaccinations and revaccinations to COVID-19 for employees and students directly in its campuses. It is not necessary to register or reserve time.

Pedagogical Competence Development Workshop

The programme is designed for teachers at Masaryk University regardless of their level of time and teaching load or length of experience. The programme is also open to PhD students who are involved in teaching. The programme is implemented in Czech language only.

Tomáš Tyc Interview
