GA CR LA - Call for proposals for Swiss-Czech projects 2027
The GA CR in cooperation with the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) announces a call for projects based on the Lead Agency evaluation principle with an expected start date in middle of 2027.

📅 Important Deadlines:
- 17.9.2026 - faculty deadline for project budget control
- 1.10.2026 - deadline of the call for proposals in Switzerland
- 8.10.2026 - deadline of the call for proposals in Czech Republic
📝 How to submit a proposal:
- Please inform the Project Support Office of your intention to submit a proposal as soon as possible (even if you are involved as a co-applicant or as a team member in a project submitted by another MU faculty)
- You can use the budget preparation worksheet to help you create your budget
- The proposal is submitted through the GRIS application.
- Each proposal must be entered into ISEP before submission, and the cover sheet must be approved there.
- Follow the Methodology for the planning of personnel costs when planning personnel costs. No later than 14 days before the deadline send a list of the people in the project team that you plan to include in the project proposal to the Personnel Officer. Through the secretary of the institute, you will be provided the salary range that you can plan for each employee.
- Knowledge security – if the project concerns a risky field or you will be cooperating with an institution from selected risky countries, you must fill in the Security tab in ISEP no later than 14 days before the competition deadline and submit it to the MU security manager for review.
- Ethics - if a project requires approval by an ethics committee, you must complete the "Ethics" tab in ISEP and submit it to the ethics committee for review.
- The Affidavit of the Director of the Institute on co‐financing of investments (Annex 1a) and of non‐investments (Annex No. 1b)
