EMBO YIP Genome Stability Sectoral Meeting will take place from September 21st to 23rd, 2026, in the Refectory of the Augustinian Abbey in Brno. The event will bring together a total of 70 professionals, including 40 Principal Investigators (PIs) and 2 external editors.
Aims:
The primary objective of this gathering is to cultivate robust partnerships among Young Investigators working within similar research fields while providing a platform for the dynamic exchange of preliminary data and innovative concepts.
Format:
The event follows a self-organizing format, empowering groups of YIPs to take the lead in structuring their own sessions and discussions.
Funding:
EMBO YIP provides funding to cover local organizational costs. Additionally, program members are eligible for travel grants and accommodation support. Conference fees have been introduced for PIs and lab members to cover any expenses not funded by the EMBO grant.
