Quantitative insights into proteins' structure, dynamics, and interactions provide essential data for advancing drug design and deepening our understanding of biological processes. Historically, much of this data has been derived from in vitro studies, leveraging techniques such as NMR spectroscopy, cryo-electron microscopy, and X-ray crystallography. These approaches have been instrumental in shaping our knowledge of protein behavior and interactions.
