Chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL) is a common haematological malignancy without defined optimal treatment approach. Recently, it was shown that CK1 inhibition has beneficial effects on prognosis of tested individuals and unlike other approaches, it does not result in immune toxicity. This study is focused on the multi-omic analysis of molecular mechanisms underlying beneficial effects of CK1 inhibition on repression of CLL. The main hypotheses will be validated via flow cytometry and RNASeq.
