Biomacromolecular structural data is a highly valuable research resource and each year, we can determine larger structures. Moreover, recently we can also reconstruct organelle- and cell- sized structures, but a community strongly lacks web services for their visualization, modelling and dynamics. In this project, we will develop Cell* web platform, which will solve this gap and bring these structures to the researchers, teachers and students. Cell* will be also able to show all types of experimental data and supplement the structures by a rich context of biological and chemical annotations. Cell* will be a breakthrough solution also because of its capabilities to visualize dynamics of cell-sized structures and perform their animations.
