The presented project is focused on the comprehensive optimization of the service of members of the 601st skss. The project is planned concerning a holistic approach based on current scientific knowledge and current methods of training elite athletes and members of special army units in fitness, mental training, and regeneration and compensation. To implement the project, it is necessary to analyze the needs of the 601st skss and make a detailed description of individual combat activities and their functional characteristics, metabolic coverage, biomechanics of movement, specific nutrition, compensation, cognitive abilities and mental stress. Based on the acquired knowledge, it is possible to create an optimization program directly targeted at the members of 601.skss. Furthermore, thanks to this, it is possible to compile the whole process of periodization of preparation for operational cycles and, last but not least, to set up a system for selecting operators.
