Pomocí bioinformatiky i experimentálně budeme sledovat evoluční dynamiku transposonů, zajímavé strukturní rysy uvnitř transposonů, případný vliv těchto strukturních rysů na regulaci transposonů a také dopady transposonů na dynamiku genomů rostlin.
