Budeme specifikovat funkční vlastnosti HP1 při nero-diferenciaci nebo poškození DNA. Budeme charakterizovat typy HP1 proteinu a jejich domén pomocí FLIM-FRET a hmotnostní spektrometrie (HS). Výsledky HS, týkající se post-translačních modifikacích HP1, použijeme pro predikci HP1 konformace.
