Předmětem projektu je medikamentosně neovlivnitelný ascites. Přistupujeme k rekfrekter. ascitu kombinací Le Veenovy spojky s TIPS, přehodnocujeme lymfovenosní spojení a připravujeme algoritmus optim.chir.léčby závaž.ascitických nemocných.
