Advent concert of Masaryk University

Rector of Masaryk University Martin Bareš cordially invites you to the Advent concert of Masaryk University, which will take place on Wednesday, December 7, from 7:30 p.m. in the Basilica of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary (Mendlovo náměstí 1b, Brno).
The musical program was prepared by the Choir of Masaryk University in cooperation with the VOX IUVENALIS Choir of the BUT in Brno and the Mixed Choir of Kantiléna.
The first part of the concert will feature choral compositions by Orlando di Lasso, Tomas Luis de Victoria, Benjamin Britten and Arvo Pärt. In the second half, you will listen to Louis Vierna's Messe solenelle, performed by all choirs and accompanied by an organ.
Free entry. The Advent concert is intended for all employees, students and the general public.
