The 6th session of the AS SCI MUNI in the term of office 2023-2026 was held on 6 May 2024 at 15:00 at dean's meeting room B17/432 in Bohunice campus.

Approved Agenda of the Session:

1. Organizational Regulations of Department of Geography
2. Accreditation - new study programme B-MVZ Water Resources Management (guarantor T. Kuchovský)
3. Accreditation - new study programme B-BB Biology and Biochemistry (guarantor O. Šerý)
4. Nomination of a member of the SCI MUNI Disciplinary Committee (vacated by A. Ireinová)
5. Election of member of Election and Mandate Committee (vacated by D. Kevický)

Adopted findings and resolutions:

1. AS SCI MUNI approved the Organizational Regulations of Department of Geography
2. AS SCI MUNI has discussed and agrees, in accordance with Section 27(2)(a) of Act No. 111/1998 Coll., on Higher Education and on Amendments and Supplements to Other Acts (Act on Higher Education), as amended, of the Masaryk University Internal Regulation on Approval, Management and Quality Assessment of MU Study Programmes, with the submitted applications according to the list below, including the appointment of the respective study program guarantors, and recommends them to the MU Faculty of Science and the MU Internal Evaluation Board for approval:
   • establishment of new study programme B-MVZ Water Resources Management (guarantor T. Kuchovský)
   • establishment of new study programme B-BB Biology and Biochemistry (guarantor O. Šerý)
3. AS SCI MUNI nominated Natálie Šelleová as a member of the SCI MUNI Disciplinary Committee
4. AS SCI MUNI elected Martin Smolko as a member of Election and Mandate Committee
5. AS SCI MUNI decided that 7th session will be held 11-12 October 2024
