A safe working environment does not happen by itself. It is important to know that when something happens, you are not alone – and that you know where to turn for support.
Since 2023, Masaryk University has had an Ombudsperson, and each faculty also has designated contact persons who can provide support in cases of sexual harassment.
Even so, taking the first step is not always easy. In a difficult situation, it may be hard to confide in someone or simply to work out who the right person to contact is.
That is why we have created a new page on the Employee Portal. It provides a clear overview of the available support options and can help you choose the one that best fits your situation. You can find a QR code linking to the page, for example, in kitchen areas and on noticeboards at our workplaces.
