NMR studies of intrinsically disordered proteins. Structural studies of bacterial RNA polymerase and it's subunits. Studies of Microtubule associated protein 2c and it's binding to microtubules.
Internship and stays for the purpose of study or work
2024/03/25 – 2024/05/24: Grenoble Alps University, Grenoble, Erasmus+, FRA
The purpose of this stay is to learn advanced methods for analysis of flexible proteins using experimental SAXS and NMR(chemical shifts, PRE, RDC) data. This includes the ASTEROIDS algorithm and other tools developed by the research group of Martin Blackledge in Grenoble.
