Specific mechanical features of cancer cells are essential for tumour progression and could provide interesting targets for treatment. This project aims on describing mechanobiological properties of aggressive and non-aggressive prostatic cancer cells using advanced methods, such as Quantitative phase imaging, Atomic force microscopy and Confocal microscopy. Combination of these methods should bring new insight on the mechanobiology of prostate cancer progression.
